[VIEWED] translation month Eng - PL was created by fenix75
Hi,
Can anyone help me with the translation date format. Currently in the events I have a date in the english format 16 NOV 2012 and I need to make Polish translation of the date eg: 16 LIST 2012. Reviewed the entire component and java file only I could change, however, after the change of translation, nothing has changed.
Do you know where I can still make changes to Polish translation showed me a date?

(joomla 2.5.8 + icagenada 1.2.9)

Currently, the problem with Polish language can be solved as described in the link : www.joomlic.com/en/forum/icagenda-help-e...nother-language#1368

But, i will have to changed it in iCagenda, or contact the translation team of Joomla core in Polish, to know if they will add the change in their package...

Latest version : iCagenda 3.9.3
We recommend every user to keep iCagenda updated.

Hello
I have a similar problem occurs only in version 2.0.2 RC with the Polish language version 1.2.6.
I know that is the RC version, but I reported this as a bug :)
It looks like the problem affects only the module iC calendar

About the system:
PHP 5.3.5
Standard Installation,
Joomla! 2.5.8,
Polish language 2.5.8.1,
template Beez2

Information in this thread does not solve the problem
www.joomlic.com/en/forum/icagenda-help-e...nother-language#1368

Interesting fact: Version 1.2.9 does not have this problem

I also do not know why this is happening. I tried different settings in a file pl-PL.xml. Maybe it's something related to PHP and the differences between 5.3 and 5.4. I am working on 5.3.5.

My "localhost" running on Apache version 2.2.17 (Win32)

With 2.0.2 RC, you don't have to edit pl-PL.xml anymore !

But it's maybe because you are in local. I've tested polish language with RC on online server.

So, i will test soon too in local, so it may be the reason ;) (if local server is not in UTF8, that may be the reason for accent)
