Yes this is possible!
The best way to do this is to create your own theme pack and to create your own view for file YOURTHEMENAME_event.php

This supposes to have a minimum skill in HTML/CSS to build the layouts.
If you have it, so it's not very difficult:
- download default or ic_rounded zip package: icagenda.joomlic.com/resources/theme-packs
- unzip it
- then replace all occurences of, for example, "ic_rounded" by "mythemename" in all files and folder names, as well as inside the files.
- Edit the HTML structure of the layouts you want to change
- When done, zip the folder, and use iCagenda > Theme Manager to upload and install your own custom theme pack!

Is it possible to provide theme packs build by users on your site?

I don't have officially communicate on it (only sometimes on the forum) but if someone wants to charge its creation of a theme pack on icagenda site, i can add it here: icagenda.joomlic.com/resources/theme-packs ;-)

I have worked myself on some new designs, but not yet having time to finish those ones, as i'm focused on iCagenda component major developments

Yes!

You can change the "date format" option to use one displaying the day of the week.

This option could be set globally in Global Options of component, in "General Settings" tab.

Or set individually in menu item options as well as in module options.
