Hello....good day
Is it possible to insert 'file input type' in the New Custom Field for registration form. My purpose is to attach image file.

Hello,
This custom field type will be added in version 3.7 serie currently in development.
Maybe the first stable version 3.7.0 not before March 2017...
Note: this version will required Joomla! 3.2.4 as a minimum version.

Hi!,
Yes, for this custom field type, it will be for both versions.
Just with Pro subcription, you have access to beta releases (none ready yet) before the release of the stable version, so in many cases, some pro users allready use pre-release versions months before the official release (and so helps to fix possible bugs before the stable release).
