[SOLVED] Problem after Akeeba Back UP was created by alquemius
Hi!!!

Ran into some problems with the web site and decided to go back to a saved version using akeeba backup.
After the backup was made iCagenda had an error on all the windows for new items. For example:
Went to control panel > categories > New category > There... the window is not loading correctly has no images or buttons so nothing can be done or saved.

After I tried Uninstalling and I tried to reinstall but the same result. After that I deleted everything in the server folders and I think I deleted everything in MySql and then reinstalled... but sadly same result

Has anyone had this problem?

Hello,

I'm using too Akeeba backup, and never faced this issue...

But the view you have is due to a PHP error on the page.

Go in your Joomla global configuration, and turn "Error Reporting" option on "Maximum".
Then, on icagenda page, you will see the warning php error message.
It will gives you the error type, and in which file.

Post error type and file (not with full root directory for your domain) here, as it will give you (and me) all the info to understand the issue.
Or a screenshot with domain hidden in the urls.

Best regards,
Cyril

Hello again Cyril! this has been solved!

I agree with you and I also never had any problems with akeeba that is why was surprised... but...

Today I did 2 things uninstalled an extension called DIGICOM
and deleted a menu item for DIGICOM that were left
Also deleted some menu items that were left in the list from Community Builder.

I'm guessing it was Digicom making trouble, because after that, just for curiosity, I went to to check the ICagenda and eureka! it was working!

Thank you for being always on top of things!

Hello,

So the issue was maybe in one plugin from DIGICOM (many plugins are loaded on each page, so if one has an issue, page may not work).

Great you have solved your issue!

Best regards,
Cyril
